Main Purpose of Role
· Create or update information under the direction of the Team Leader
Core Responsibilities
· Create detailed, accurate, timely and up-to-date information regarding companies and individuals using a variety of sources of information provided by the company.
· Refreshing existing records that have reached their update point.
· Double-checking existing records
· Actively contributing to our goal of having a 100% accurate database
· Occasional mentoring or orientation of new staff as necessary
· Playing an active part in helping to problem solve, defining a new approach to existing projects, suggesting new ideas and brainstorming.
· Assist Management in terms of crafting, identifying and promoting our most efficient processes.
· Stay within project deadlines
· Maintain peak productivity
Essential skills, experience and abilities
· Excellent computer skills
· High proficiency in English
· Ability to grasp technical concepts
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
· Ability to do what it takes to meet tight deadlines
· Experience with the MS-OFFICE productivity suite (Word, Excel)
Desirable skills, experience and abilities
· Previous HR or Recruiting experience highly regarded
· Previous Marketing or Market Research experience highly regarded
