Human Resources Operations Manager

As the HR Operations Manager you will be joining a Global Organisation that will offer you a number of exciting opportunities.

You will be involved in Developing, recommending and administering approved Human Resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective use of human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives for the Philippines operations - Shared Services, Market Unit.

Specific Accountability

• In consultation with HR Director - AP and local Snr Management, formulate and recommend Human Resources Objectives and methods. (and in some cases policy)
• Administer remuneration policies including benefit development and implementation for Shared Services and Market Unit.
• Work on executing the workforce plan for Shared Services and Market Unit.
• Manage the recruitment function for Shared Services and the Market Unit utilizing HR resources to implement workforce plan.
• Ensure Shared Services and Market Unit training activities are planned to meet current and future organization and employee needs.
• Prepare HR budget/headcount and an HR Management Plan for Shared Services and the Market Unit.
• Select and develop HR resources within Shared Services and MU HR team.
• Provide leadership to line Managers on employee performance issues.
• Lead Corporate HR Programs for Shared Services and Market Unit such as: Organization Review etc
• Roll out performance management process including identifying low performers and work with Management team to address any employee performance issues.
• Provide advice and counsel on any employee relations issues for Shared Services and Market Unit.
• Co-ordinate and control OH&S matters, ensuring the Company maintains a safe place of work in accordance with OH&S legislation and company policy.
• Develop and implement HR Service level agreements with the head of Shared Services and the Market Unit and agree on HR objectives - short term/long term.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline
• 10+ years experience in managing HR functions
• A strong generalist HR background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English
• Experience in working a large of multinational organization.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
